Required Skills / Experience: 1 year of infusion or oncology experience
IV start skills, phlebotomy, port maintenance/access, PICC line management/access
Infusions: hydration, iron, antibiotics, biologics, various injections
Also administer some chemotherapy agents such as methotrexate (ONS not required)

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.
Shift & Scheduling: Shifts start as early at 0800 and end at 1830. Start times and end times may be variable depending on volume
Weekend Rotation: Will work every other weekend (or less), Saturday and Sunday
On-Call Requirement: Phone triage only
Weeknight call is 1830-0800
The weekend call will be Saturday morning 0800 - Monday morning 0800
1 weeknight call shift per week, 1-2 weekends of call per month
Holiday Expectations: 50% of holidays in a contract
Agreeable to block scheduling if requested
Schedule Cycle: Released 4-6 weeks at a time
