Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Nursing Administration

Shift & Scheduling: 12 hour nights every third weekend.

Floating Requirements: Would like to to have a float to Menomonee Falls and West Bend to our med surg tele units

Required Skills/Experience: Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of acute care patient population is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: A minimum of 12 months of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience is preferred.

Required Credentials: Associate’s degree in nursing.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Required Certifications
