Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years core lab experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

2 Travel assignments preferred

4 years experience

Required Credentials:

MLT or MT or CLS.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

Variable Shift

8, 10, 12 Hrs. days PMs and Nights – Flexible scheduling is needed

On Call/Call-Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours

Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend and holiday rotation

Floating Requirements:

Facility Floats: Aspirus Tomahawk Hospital, Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center, Aspirus Eagle River Hospital

Could float to Tomahawk, Eagle River, or Howard Young. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed
