Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: M-F, no call

Unit Details: Home Health Agency. 250 patient census amongst all home health providers

Previous Employment Requirements: Prior perm employees must be gone for at least 6 months before being hired on to travel. Candidates are not allowed to work both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously. They must choose one or the other.

Required Credentials: Government issued photo ID required. Valid and current driver’s license REQUIRED for ALL Home Health & Hospice Positions. BLS must be AHA, ARC, Military & American Safety & Health Institute. Online CPR NOT Acceptable.
