All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics

Unit Details: Beds 10, Daily Census: 40

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Dementia, Alzheimer's, TBI, Plegics, Cognitive Impairments, Physical Impairments, other LTC level of care appropriate diagnoses.

Equipment Used on Unit: Lifts, Vital Sign Machines, Glucose Monitors, Sara Steady, Pacemaker Transmitter, EKGs

Parking Cost: Parking is free

Previous Employment Requirements:

• Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler.
• Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility.
