Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 30 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
BSN completion preferred
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with cooling, ventilators, JET, Oscillators. Skill Sets: NRP and Stable.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Recent OB, ED or critical care experience.
Required Credentials: No Arrhythmia Test Required.
Preferred Credentials: Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend/major holiday required.
Floating Requirements: May occasionally float within New Life or to other NICUs nearby.
