RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: Assignment Length - 13 or 26 Weeks - Clinician's choice -Is on-call REQ: Yes - 3 nights per week (no weekends) for 2 hours per night Weekend REQ: No weekends required unless clinician wants to pick up Cath Lab call shift

Floating Requirements: Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes - may float to Cath Lab
