References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

Required Skills/Experience: Will need to have vascular and ENT experience. We would like someone with the same size facility experience (14 room OR)

Preferred Skills/Experience: Bariatrics, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT, Endoscopic Procedures, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurology and Ophthalmology, Teaching Hospital

Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 3 weeknights and 2 weekends in 6 weeks

Equipment Used on Unit: DaVinci Xi and Ion Robot

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Gender Reassignment, Hybrid

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment.

Return Staff Policy If a nurse has held previous employment with Medstar, must be gone for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.
