Additional Details:
MLS or MLT needed.
Schedule: M-F 10 hr shift, schedule varies.
On call requirements: Most likely there will be no weekend coverage, but holiday coverage is required.
Call is required 1800-0700, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and is rotated.
Certification: ASCP, AMT, or equivalent required.
- Must be Generalist and able to cover:
- • Chemistry, Hematology, Blood bank, Microbiology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Routine testing, Quality control, Maintenance of instruments.
- • **Blood Bank Gel – required
- • **Phlebotomy - required
- • Experience with Microbiology setups preferred but not required
- • Experience with Orchard LIS preferred but not required
- • Experience obtaining arterial punctures preferred but not required
