Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Operating Room experience.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required credentials: Government issued photo ID. Clear copy of front and back of driver’s license is required. Passport is acceptable in lieu of driver’s license. BLS ACLS PALS must be AHA only. RQI and HeartCode Complete are acceptable.

Shift & schedule requirements: With on call req. Traveler may need to rotate to an off hours shift M-F based on the needs of the unit. Call will be required for subsequent assignments, not the first.

Special request requirements: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. No travel pairs.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
