Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Pharm.D completion required

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Weekday Shifts are 0600-1430, 0730-1600 (decentral on the floors), 1200-2030 and 1330-2200.

Agency pharmacist will be trained on second shift for optimal exposure and patient load.

Weekend shifts 0600-1600 and 1200-2200 with option to leave early if volume permits.

Every third weekend. 3-4 weekend shifts per contract

RPh required.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Lab and DS appt must be completed within 48 hours of signing
