Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Hospice experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have at least one year recent HOS experience.

• Client may consider without HCHB experience if clinician completes online training class prior to start.

Special Requests: Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

• With on-call requirements.

Floating Requirements:

• Coverage Area: Boston/Dorchester

• Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
