Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

ASN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Preferred)

Required Skills/Experience RN must read tele

2 years inpatient RN experience

Two (2) years of acute care RN experience.

Skills: EKGs, sheaths, epicardial pacing, vents, TPW, wound vac, TR-band, PCA, CPAP, feeding tubes.

Required Credentials: Required Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Unit/Facility Details: 44 beds

Dx: ACS, PCI, CHF, thoracic surg

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend

Must have holiday availability
