Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

30 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

0730-2000 or 1930-0800

1-2 call shifts per 6 weeks possible

Must have experience with cooling, ventilators, JET, Oscillators (required)

Ratios are never guaranteed but what the unit attempts to achieve with normal staffing. Ratios are subject to change based on staffing.

Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred)

Education: Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)

Recent OB, ED or critical care experience (preferred)
