Required Skills/Experience: Scrub- maintain sterile field, Abdominal and Pelvic procedures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI), Right heart catheterization, Temporary Pacemaker insertion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Pacemaker Insertion, Isolation Precautions, PACS operation, Ureteral Stent Placement, and Renal Artery Stent Placement.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Coil Embolization/Peripherals/Hemo Dynamic Monitoring

• Community Hospital Experience

• Encompass Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Radio embolization, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Vascular Studies/Procedures, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Hemodynamic monitoring, Impella insertion, Cardioversion, Carotid Angiography, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Fluoroscopy, Maintains equipment, Maintains inventory, Stocks supplies, and Coil Embolization/Peripherals.

Required Credentials:

• Drivers License/State ID

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Cardiac Arrhythmias = Coronary diagnostic and intervention. Peripheral diagnostic and intervention. Permanent pacemakers

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics

• Acute Care Hospital

• Total Staffed Beds: 150

• Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation

• Facility has multiple resources for housing. If the traveler is struggling to find housing, please let us know, as the facility will help the travelers find housing, even hiring a realtor to assist if necessary.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Call Requirement: Yes, up to 4 days a week varies depends on need

• Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: up 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule

Floating requirements Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
