Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: 2-3 weekends per 6 week schedule. Every other holiday.
Required Skills/Experience: ICU trained, this nurse would be monitoring telemetry for acute care patients, cardioversions, PACU, management of continuous IV medications
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Work ICU, Med-Surg, and after hours PACU
Equipment Used on Unit: EPIC charting, Omnicell, Philips monitors and telemetry, Philips defib, plum IV pumps with smart library, BiPap, ventilator
Unit/Facility Details: We are a 25 bed critical access hospital. We care for ICU, OB and Med-Surg patients. If ICU patient, ratio is 1:1 or 2:1; Med-Surg assignment, ratio is 1:3-5 patients.
Previous Employment Requirements: MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
Floating Requirements: Med-Surg; If traveler nurse has Obstetric (labor & delivery, antepartum, postpartum) or Emergency Department skills, we would utilize those skills as well.
