Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:
Every Other Weekend rotation (8 hour shifts).
De-Escalation training required within 60 days of hire or transfer into department.
Psychiatric and geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Other ongoing retraining is also required.
