Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from last 3 years.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience within the past 3 years.

12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from the last 3 years

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

The OR unit does not accept travelers who were previous staff at this facility.

Offers need to be responded to with an acceptance or a decline within 48 hours or they will be pulled

Shift & Scheduling: 10 D/E - True Rotating

Every other weekend

Special Requests: Time off will not be added/altered once an offer is accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years of the last 3 in OR (really wants 3)

Requires at least one year of Level 1 Trauma experience within the last 3 years.

Scrub: RN do need to scrub all cases below

Strong (3 or 4) in the following: General Ortho Neuro Vascular Trauma Robotics Transplant

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks
