• Acute Rehab Facility Experience

• Adult Rehabilitation Facility, Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Other Perceptual Assessment, Adult, Amputee, CVA Rehabilitation, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Parkinson’s disease, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Orthopedics, Arthritis program, Hand Injury, Soft Tissue Injuries, Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Biofeedback, Burn/Wound Management, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Electrical Stimulation, Feeding Techniques, Lymphedema management, Myofascial Release, Splinting, TENS, Ultrasound, Dynamic splints, Functional splints, Static splints, Upper extremity prosthetics, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Arthritis, Lower Extremity, Nerve Injury, Tendon Repair, Upper Extremity.

Required Credentials:

• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

• BLS must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

Unit/Facility Details:

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Can include Charge RNs / Leads.

• Parking Cost: Parking is free.

• Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

Shift & Scheduling:

• Schedule Options: Sun/Mon/Thurs/Fri or Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri

• Some Weekends Required - Approximately 2 weekend days per month.

• Weekend Coverage: Every Third

• No on-call requirement.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by.
