Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience is required.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ONS (Preferred)

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Required Skills/Experience:

Requires BMT or Chemo experience
Okay with 1 year of experience in Oncology. For general MS nurses must have 2 years of experience.

Types of Patients on Unit: BMT, oncology, GYN ONC surgeries, hospice, med/surg

Unit Details: Beds: 24

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Required where they are needed to fill in our staffing holes
Will be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation

Floating Requirements: First to float float to ‘like’ units which are within their scope at the Boise, Meridian, and Nampa St. Luke’s campuses
