Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Outpatient PT

Shift: M - Th 8a-6p Fri 8a-12p, varies as needed

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Number of Visits Per Day: 10

Patient Diagnoses: 11-13 patients scheduled per day (on 9 hour working days; often end up seeing 9-10 due to patient cancellations)

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Manual Therapy Experience Strongly Preferred

Return traveler Status. Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler

Labs: Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe.

Hard document due date: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start. May be flexible on a case-by-case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by doc due date.

Proof of ID: Drivers License/State ID. Government Issued Photo ID required.
