Required Credentials: Successfully completed a surgical technologist program or two years experience in Surgical Technologist role may be considered in lieu of completion of program.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite

Special Requests: Manager will review/approve during candidate review process. Generally, no more than 2 weeks off in a contract. If the request is more than 1 week and is consecutive (no hours in the week), Vaya will add 1 week at the end of the contract.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Can be 17 - 26 weeks.
• Monday - Friday variable days.
