Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Emergency Department experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.

ER Float

Weekend Requirement: Every Other

Holiday Requirement: Depending on department staffing needs

Required Certification: PALS or ENPC

Call or standby requirement: No, extra shifts available not required.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Floating:

-Region III: Primary to St. Michael Medical Center but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Three: St Anthony Hospital – Gig Harbor, WA; St. Michael Medical Center – Silverdale, WA.

-First to float to St. Anthony.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Cardiac, Stroke, Sepsis, DKA, AMS, Respiratory, Abdominal pain, Mental Health

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Will accept a traveler with 1 year of experience in a larger trauma setting.

Note: For any DUO's submitted - Manager is not able to accommodate same schedule/shifts.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any professional colors

Unit/Department specific orientation 1 day compliance information( 8-10 hr) with policies/education/training and 2nd day department orientation (12 hour)

Additional Notes - No RTO for the will be considered the first full week of a travelers assignment.
