Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

2 years experience in a pediatric hospital, some Level III or IV NICU experience required.

This role floats between CORE team and the PICU unit. CORE will be it's homebase.

Float Required: General Floors, ED, NICU, PICU, Pulmonary

Call Required: Yes. Can be placed on-call

Weekend Coverage: Every Other

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics

Patient Diagnoses: Neonatal to adult patients with congenital or acquired hear disease, heart failure, heart transplants, lung transplants, VAD/ECMO, trach-went dependency, pre-op and post-op care.

  • Special Procedures/Unit Details:
  • Required: V60, HFOV 3100 A/B, SiPAP, Ikaria Nitric Oxide, IPV/Metaneb.

Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years
