Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Case Management experience is required.

BSN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of three years of acute hospital experience; or the equivalent of education and experience. Recent experience in case management, utilization management, or discharge planning

Preferred Skills/Experience: Medicine, ED, and oncology experience preferred

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) and Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), Rotating day also varies from The ED is 24/7 so shift change to make sure always staffed. May include nights, weekends, holidays
