Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CCC-SLP (Required)

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday)

Patient Ratios – patient visits 8/12 patients per shift

Must have: Independent with MBS studies and independent with Trach care and PMV

Preferred or nice to have: FEES bedside swallow study skills.

Floating Area(s): Rehab Unit (Inpatient Rehab)

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Any color but Royal Blue
