Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from the last 3 years

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 3 years of experience unless it's 2 years at high level facilities

Required Credentials: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Call Rotation - 2-3 12 hours shifts per week in the future when staffed up. Now is 4 12 hour call shifts. Night, weekend and holiday on call requirements.
