Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
No on call.
Experience: Two years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Speech Therapist
Provide speech therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have impairments, functional limitations or disabilities resulting from injury, disease or other causes. Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 year.
Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks.
