Required Skills/Experience:

• Required Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU Minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma Minimum 5 years as Respiratory Therapist

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU Minimum 2 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma

Required Credentials: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary

Special Request RTO Blackout Dates 2/7- 2/15 3/22- 3/28 4/3- 4/7 Required to work Easter Holiday.

Shift & Scheduling: -Weekend Requirement: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 -Holiday Requirement: Must work observed holidays if they fall within the contract period

Floating Requirements: Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South)

-Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation).
