Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Nurse Navigator - Required

Required Skills / Experience: Case management / navigation

Preferred Skills / Experience: Oncology experience

Required Credentials: Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Unit / Facility Details: Role is to work with Lung Cancer Screenings and Incidental Lung nodule Management. No face to face patient interaction. Case Management

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
