Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Infusion Center experience.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

Required Skills/Experience: Administering infusion, pain management, etc.

-2 Years Outpatient Oncology/Infusion

-2 Years exp administering Chemo/Biotherapy.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

-3+ years oncology experience

-Teaching Hospital Experience

Special Requests: Block Schedules- No

Shift & Scheduling:(4X8 or 10 HR Day shifts with variable starts)

Floating Requirements: Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
