Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Endoscopy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Required Duties: RNs cover all 3 phases. Recovering of MAC sedation & procedural sedation - all intubated patients go to PACU. We do bedside procedures in the ER & ICU when needed. With MAC cases, the nurse circulates & with procedural sedation, there is a circulator & sedator.

Common Cases: EGDs, colonoscopies, ERCPs, Bronchs, EUS, PEG

RNs - experience with procedural sedation is required.

Call experience required.

Will work with travelers on scheduling but cannot guarantee anything.

NO block scheduling.

Weekend/Call Requirements: 2 weekend shifts/schedule (schedule is one month) - weekend call is usually 1 day from 7a to 7a the next morning

3 Days of general hospital orientation, Training on TEAM (timekeeping system) is done during orientation.

Open M-F 7am-7pm and weekends and holidays they are open 7am-2:00pm.

Possibly between MSW & MHB because they are under the same license, traveler may float between the two. They are also the first to float. Dress Code: No Hoodies/Sweatshirts or Sweat Jackets.
