Special Requests: No Block Scheduling

Shift & Scheduling:

Call Requirements: One day a week & one weekend a month; On call response time is 15 minutes to the hospital

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: On call one weekend a month

Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests
