Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience.
ADN completion required
3 months of experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license
