Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.
ADN completion required
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Unit/Facility Details: Unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 beds Ratio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6

Shift & Scheduling: Variables day and nights, On Call/Call Back Requirements: Travelers may be put on call during low census hours- will get on call pay, Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Primary Location: Howard Young Woodruff, Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed. Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled.
