Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Every Other Weekend

Orientations every 2nd and 4th Monday.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks

Call Requirements: none

Patient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: All

Must Have Skills/Experience: ER experience

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma and pediatric experience

Type of Patients on Unit: Traumas, STEMIs, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, all things

Scrub Color: any color or print

Any unacceptable attire: non scrubs, t shirts, open toe shoes, hoodies, leggings
