All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. -Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination

Unit/Facility Details: -Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited -Parking Cost: Parking is free

Shift & Scheduling: Assignment Length - 13 or 26 Weeks - Clinician's choice -Is on-call REQ: Yes - 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730) -Weekend REQ:Yes - on call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week

Floating Requirements: -Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes - may float to EP or IR

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
