Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Min 2 years experience in same day surgery, pre/post op, operating room and/or pacu

Unit/Facility Details:

• Bed Size: 4 beds + 1 suite

• Avg. # of cases/day: 10-15

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday - Friday

• On Call: Starting at 1500-0630 -- 3 weeknights/week & 1 weekend every 4th or 5th including holiday rotation

• Weekend Requirements: call schedule

• Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
