Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Home Health experience.
Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Unit/Facility Details:
- Coverage Area: 1) Snohomish County: Monroe, WA; 2) Snohomish County: Bothell/Mill Creek; 3) King County: Kirkland, WA; 4) King County: Seattle, WA (Downtown Seattle, Queen Anne, Magnolia)
- Coverage area is not guaranteed for duration of assignment and subject to change. CLN may be asked to see patients in a different territory on occasion as needed or the assigned territory may change depending on available staff and patient needs.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday to Friday
- Our travelers work 1 Saturday a month and would get Tues, Wed, or Thursday off the week prior in order to keep to 40 hours per week.
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
