Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Level III NICU experience General job duties. Types of procedures required. Level 3 NICU Deliver nursing care to neonates -- assess/diagnose/establish plan with outcome criteria/intervene/evaluate/chart. Assist with procedures -- to include, but not limited to, intubation, spinal taps, PICC line placement, IV starts, admissions. 2+ years Perform neonatal assessments, care for IV’s Umbilical lines, CPAP, Nasal Cannula, Oral and IV medications, OG and NG feedings, G-tubes

Required Credentials: Active ND and Compact RN License (willing to get)

Shift & Scheduling: 12 h day/night rotating with every other weekend. Employee will work with the NICU team. Shifts are 12 hour day/night rotating shifts and will include working every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Able and willing to float to PICU and PEDS - please include these skills checklists at time of submission
