Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 18 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
RNs Only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
Sterile Processing Tech only: Must have experience at a similar sized hospital (minimum 400 bed size)
Surgical Technologist only: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size)
Required Credentials: Bachelor of OT
Unit/Facility Details: Evaluates and treats admitted adult psych patients on the inpatient unit.
