Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Preferred Skills/Experience: CVICU & Neuro experience

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend

Every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU - will be given patients within skill set; may be given patient assignments that are Med/Surg/IMC if needed;

Will need to float onsite within skill set or may need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed.
