Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experienced with pre/post heart patients - stents, pacemakers, ICDs, pre/post, pre/post CABG, pre/post vascular experience

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Unit/Facility Details: This is a heavy cardiac unit and cardio thoracic unit with high acuity surgical patients

Special Requests: Wanting more stepdown nurses vs tele nurses.

Shift & Scheduling: No call required.

Weekend Requirements: Every other or 4 weekend shifts a month. More flexible on both shifts
Holiday Requirements: Will be in a rotation - every other holiday - 6 main ones - New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, and Labor day
