Please make sure that RTO is discussed during interview and not after the fact. Approvals are done with the manager at the time of interview and will go off what the traveler shares during this time. The facility asks that they are informed during that time and not add any additional RTO after interview.

Required Credentials: 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within Last Year must be included with submission. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.
Special Requests: RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer. Travel Pairs: Travel pairs are accepted (if approved by the unit leader), however, they will not be guaranteed the same schedule.
