Required Skills/Experience: Experience Requirement: Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward experience requirement.

Level III or CAH not acceptable experience

RN must read own tele

Required Credentials: Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Special Requests: Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule

Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Shift & Scheduling: 36-hour guarantees only (no 48s) – can pick up additional shifts

4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.

Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating.
