Required Skills/Experience: -Skills REQ: Work Settings: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring. Cardiovascular: Pre/Post Cardiac Cath. Sepsis, wound care, ETOH, SI, Renal Failure, AFIB, GIB, Stroke, COVID. -Special Requirements: Virtual Nurses, 12 lead EKG, AirVo, Voalte, Omnicell
Preferred Skills/Experience: -Previous Charge Experience: Preferred -Skills Preferred: Cardiovascular: Sheath Removal. Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management.
Shift & Scheduling: --Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke’s 6-week schedule period, combination of F/S/S.
Floating Requirements: -FLOAT POOL POSITION** WILL NOT be assigned a home unit. Will float between (roughly) 5 units – all Med/Surg Intermediate/PCU Departments and floating to other Metro campuses as needed.
