Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Certifications

NIHSS (Required)

Additional Details:

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Special Requests: -No Block Scheduling.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Required Credentials: -Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. -Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. -MOAB Moderate Risk -Must pass EKG Exam -Influenza Vaccine is optional -Proof of ID: Drivers License/State ID

Unit Details: 35 bed cardiac med surg unit.

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
