Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Electrophysiology experience.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

If you want to take 4-7 days off, you must be willing to make up that time. You must fulfill the full 13 week contract.

Required Skills/Experience: Note: 1 year acceptable IF experience in Level I with structural proc exp, cath lab, and ICU exp -Must have recent experience at a Level One Trauma Facility. -Critical Care/ICU experience required, EP Lab experience required. -monitoring, Infection Prevention, Radiation and Laser Safety, Medications, Electrophysiology Procedures, Cardioversion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs (Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators), Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Pacemaker Insertion, Work Settings, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Watchman procedure, Additional Skills, Critical Care/ICU experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills: Laser Assisted Procedures, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Conduction Studies, Pediatric Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)

Required Credentials: Must pass EKG exam

Special Requests: Candidates should expect to work 2-3 of the 4 Summer Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day). Any RTO should be provided at time of submission to be considered.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday 7a-5:30p. Some late shifts required.
