Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New York license

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have Oncology experience.

Need to be able to take a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg

Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of coagulation factors, Antifungals, Antivirals, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line care, Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy, IV push administration of chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Oral Administration of chemotherapy, Hospice care, Withholding/withdrawing treatment, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting, Neuropathy, Anaphylaxis, Extravasation injury, Sepsis, Bladder/Kidney Cancer, Breast Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Ear/Nose/Throat Cancers, Ovarian Cancer/Uterine Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Foley catheter insertion/management, Phlebotomy skills, Telemetry Interpretation, Inpatient oncology
