Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience within the past 3 years.

1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

For units that auto offer : A maximum of 5 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 5 days and holiday requests will have to be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process.

Required Skills/Experience: Inpatient dialysis experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: These roles will cover Adult and Pediatric Hemodialysis units, with a preference for candidates experienced in both populations.

Floating Requirements: Will float between Columbia and NYP Allen
